WILLIAMSBURG, Va. – The Vermont men's and women's track and field teams continued the 2019 outdoor season Friday at the 54th annual Colonial Relays from a wet and rainy College of William & Mary.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Koski set a personal record in the 3000m steeplechase placing 14th overall in a time of 11:05.67. It was the third fastest time in UVM women's history behind All-American Kirsten Weberg and Debbie Isen.
- Lauren Trumble earned three team points for the Catamounts in the women's 1500m invitational heat. She finished sixth overall in a personal-best time of 4:32.55.
- Junior Shane O'Connor finished sixth overall in the men's shot put. His second throw of the day at 14.61m was his best of the day. He was the top finisher among six America East athletes Friday.
- DJ Snide won his heat in the men's 110m hurdles with a time of 15.58, the third best of his career. Snide finished fifth overall among the 35 competitors in the event.
- In the women's 10000m the Catamounts had two finishers in the top-15 back-to-back. Autumn Albrecht finished 10th overall in a time of 37:05.71 and Konstanze Wendeln placed 11th in a time of 37:07.08.
- Jack Carmody closed out the night's action in the men's 10000m, he finished 18th overall in a personal best time of 30:58.28

Those not in Virginia will compete at the Minutemen Invitational at UMass Saturday. Action at the UMass Track & Field Complex will begin at 10:30 a.m.
