Lauren Trumble were named to the America East All-Academic Team for the outdoor track & field season on Thursday morning.

To be eligible for All-Academic, student-athletes must have sophomore athletic eligibility, attain a 3.30 minimum grade-point average and be a contributor on their team. The squad is voted on by a committee made up of America East student-athlete support and athletic communications administrators as well as faculty athletic representatives.
Cannon has a perfect 4.0 GPA as a microbiology major and a minor in molecular genetics and chemistry. She finished second overall earning America East All-Conference honors in the pole vault at the 2019 America East Outdoor Track and Field Championships hosted by UAlbany at the start of the month. She finished with a mark of 3.40m. She also placed second at the indoor championships.
Caulfield received the America East Elite 18 award for excellence in athletics and academics at the 2019 outdoor championships. He has a 3.94 GPA as an English and Studio Art major. He received America East All-Conference honors in the 3000m steeplechase. He placed second overall with a personal best time of 9:04.41. He also earned All-New England honors a week later in the same event.
Trumble graduated last week as a biology major with a minor in anthropology. She maintained a 3.82 GPA and was named an America East Scholar-Athlete in the fall and winter this year. She finished fourth overall in the 800m at the conference championships.
