LAST YEAR AT NEW ENGLAND CHAMPIONSHIPS
The 2018 New England Championships were hosted by Dartmouth College in Hanover, N.H. 15 Catamounts earned All-New England honors including returners â

Dan DeBlieck won the 2018 New England Championship in the 400m hurdles. He won the title with a personal best time of 52.65.

HOMECOMING FOR O'CONNOR IN NUTMEG STATE

Shane O'Connor will be competing back at home in southwestern Connecticut. O'Connor was a four-sport athlete at North Haven High School which is 20 minutes from the Southern Connecticut State campus. He was named the school's 2016 outdoor track MVP as a senior in high school. It will Shane's first time competing collegiately in Connecticut.

KRACHER RACES AT WEST POINT
Kracher (2:08.18) finished 13th overall at the West Point Twilight Meet earlier this evening in the 800m. Kracher finished seventh in the first heat of the race, which comprised of 43 total competitors.

TRUMBLE AND KRACHER NAMED OUTDOOR MVPs AT 2019 RALLY AWARDS
On Tuesday night UVM Athletics celebrated the 2018-19 UVM Athletics season.
Taylor Kracher and
Lauren Trumble were named the Catamounts Outdoor MVPs.

Kracher won his first America East title Sunday afternoon in the men's 800 meters. He also was a member of the Vermont 4x400m relay team that placed third overall. Trumble placed fourth at the 2019 America East Outdoor Track & Field Championships in the 800 meters. At the Bryan Clay Invitational she placed 73
rd overall in the 1500 meters amongst a field of 143 setting a new personal record by 4.5 seconds.
