  • The regular season will get underway with a two-game road trip at St. Bonaventure on Friday, Nov. 8 and Bucknell on Sunday, Nov. 10.
  • Vermont will play four games as a part of the Hall of Fame Tip-Off Tournament, including two Power 5 teams. The Catamounts will return to the Northeast to play Central Connecticut State on Saturday, Nov. 23 and either Rider or Columbia on Sunday, Nov. 24 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut.
  • The Cats' non-league slate features six opponents who finished in the top-100 of last year's NCAA NET rankings - Virginia (1), Cincinnati (24), Lipscomb (37), UNC Greensboro (68), St. John's (75), and Yale (78). Each of the six foes earned a postseason bid last season, including a trip to the Big Dance for UVA, Cincinnati, St. John's and Yale.
  • UVM will host five Division I non-conference opponents in Catamount Country – Boston U in the home opener on Wednesday, Nov. 13, Towson on Saturday, Nov. 7, UNCG on Wednesday, Dec. 18, Lipscomb on Friday, Dec. 20, and George Washington on Tuesday, Dec. 31.

Last season, UVM won its seventh America East crown as a part of a 27-win campaign, tied for the second-most in program history. After posting a 14-2 mark in conference play, the Cats captured the program's ninth America East regular season championship. Vermont is only one of eight Division I teams to record at least 11 consecutive 20-win seasons - Duke, Gonzaga, Louisville, Kansas, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Saint Mary's. During the non-conference slate, the Green and Gold matched a program record with 10 victories and completed a season sweep over the Atlantic 10 (George Washington, George Mason, and St. Bonaventure) for the first time ever. The Green and Gold return nearly 80 percent of their offensive production from 2018-19, including reigning America East Player of the Year Anthony Lamb (21.2 ppg, 7.8 rpg).

Vermont will be playing two exhibition games prior to the regular season. More information on date, times and opponents will be released at a later date. Game times and individual game ticket information will also be announced at a later date. Visit UVMathletics.com throughout the summer and fall for more updates.
