2016 SEASON: Competed in every EISA race and eas named to the UVM NCAA squad for the fourth straight year ... earend five wins and 11 podium appearance ... Won the season opener classic race at Bates ... Had a streak of thee consecutive wins during the year, swept the Colby Carnival and added a win in the skate race at the UVM Carnival ... Won the freestyle race at the EISA Championships ... Finished 12th in the classic at the NCAA's and was 13th in the freestyle ... Finished his career with 10 victories and 17 podium apperances.

2015 SEASON: Competed in eight EISA races in 2015 … Earned wins in the classic races at the Dartmouth Carnival and Middlebury Carnival … Was the runner-up in the classic at the EISA Championships … Posted a top-10 finish in every EISA race … Earned All-America honors with a ninth place finish in the classic race at the 2015 NCAA Championships.

2014 SEASON: Named to Vermont's NCAA squad for the second straight year ... Earned his first career victory with a win in the classic races at the UNH Carnival ... Swept the races at the UVM Carnival, winning the classic sprint and freestyle races on the home course at Trapp Family Lodge ... Added a runner-up finish in the classic at the Dartmouth Carnival ... Was sixth in both the classic and freestyle races at the EISA Championships ... Named to EISA All-East First Team.

2013 SEASON: Competed in 11 races on the EISA Circuit and was named to UVM’s NCAA team as a rookie … Posted seven top-10 finishes in EISA races … Was named the 2013 EISA Rookie of the Year ... Registered a season-best fourth-place finish in the classic race at the Colby Carnival … Finished among the top-20 skiers in the classic race at the 2013 NCAA Championhips.

BEFORE VERMONT: Comes to Vermont from Oslo, Norway ... Attended Persbraaten VGS in Oslo ... Skied for Heming.

During the 2010-11 season: Grav placed 21st in the 10k freestyle (6th out of 92s) and 35th in the 20k classic (8th out of 92s) at the Norwegian Cup ... He was 10th in the 4x5k freestyle relay, skiing the last let and placed in the top 20 percent in the 20k freestyle at the Junior National Championships ... He was 2nd at the Brikebeiner Race (54K classic) and also earned second at the Grenader Race (90k classic) ... At the Regional Championship he was runner-up in the 10k freestyle.

During the 2011-12 season: Grav was eighth in the 10k freestyle and ninth in the 20k classic at the Junior National Championships ... He also finished 13th in the 20k freestyle at Lygna and 16th in the 15k freestyle at Granaasen in the Norwegian Cup and finished 20th overall in the event.
