Collins is UVM field hockey's all-time leading scorer with 121 career points and 48 career goals. She also holds a share of the program's top mark with 25 career assists and 74 career games played. She was a three-time National Field Hockey Coaches Association (NFHCA) Northeast Regional All-American, including a First Team selection as a junior and senior. Collins was named the America East Offensive Player of the Year as a senior and later received an invitation to play in the NFHCA Senior All-Star Game – she remains one of only six players in school history to participate in the senior showcase. Collins is the only student-athlete in UVM field hockey history to be voted as the team's Most Valuable Player four times.
