Ader started every game and averaged 10.8 points per game in his three-year varsity Catamount career. He earned Second Team All-Yankee Conference and First Team All-State honors as a junior. As a rookie, he finished tied for second on the team in rebounds (111) and ranked fourth in points (215). As a junior, he posted career-highs in points (284), field-goal percentage (42.0%), rebounds (119), and had a 30-point performance against UNH. After graduation, he became a successful realtor and currently serves as the CEO and Managing Partner of U.S. Realty Advisors. The company specializes in acquisition, asset management of single-tenant net leased real estate. The portfolio of the corporate real estate assets exceeds $2.8 billion. He is considered one of the pioneers in the field of corporate sales-leaseback transactions and a leading authority on the subject. Ader is also a board member of the United States Tennis Association (USTA). He currently serves as a member of the board of the UVM Foundation and has held similar roles with the Women's Sports Foundation, The Real Estate Board of New York, and Southwestern Vermont Health Care.
