BURLINGTON, Vt. – Men's basketball sophomore forward
Anthony Lamb, a business administration major, is our TD Bank-Student Athlete of the Week, for the period ending Nov. 26.
Lamb averaged 16.5 points per game in a 2-0 week for the Cats, which included a road win at Yale where he scored a team-high 22 points on 10-of-18 shooting.
The 2017 America East Rookie of the Year, Lamb is currently averaging 14.2 points and seven rebounds per contest – both team-highs for a Vermont squad ranked second in the College Insider Mid-Major Poll.
Vermont puts its five-game winning streak on the line Wednesday night against Richmond. Tipoff is set for 7 p.m. down in Virginia and all the action can be seen on NBCSW+ and the A10 digital network.
