The UVM Athletic Department takes pride in running quality events. We appreciate the support of our fans, and we welcome our guests from visiting schools. To ensure that every fan has the best experience possible, we have developed the following Spectator Rules and Guidelines.
ACCESSIBILITY
Accessible seating locations and availability vary by venue. Accessible and companion seating may be purchased online atÂ
uvmathletics.evenue.net.
Guests who do not see accessible seating inventory online, need assistance with seating accommodations, or have questions regarding accessibility are encouraged to contact the UVM Athletics Ticket Office at (802) 656-4410 orÂ
athletic.tickets@uvm.edu.
Guests requiring a seat relocation during an event should visit the Ticket Office or speak to an Event Staff on game day, or contact the Ticket Office in advance whenever possible. Relocations are subject to availability; however, UVM Athletics will make every reasonable effort to accommodate accessibility needs.
Accessible parking is available directly outside the entrances of Patrick Gym and Gutterson Fieldhouse. Space is limited, and spaces are first come first serve. Additional parking is available at the Gutterson Garage and shuttle services are provided to/from the Jeffords Lot, located across Main Street.
UVM Athletics is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible experience for all guests. Individuals with disabilities may request reasonable accommodations, modifications to policies and procedures, or other aids and services. Requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis to help ensure all guests can enjoy UVM Athletics events in a safe and comfortable environment.

FAQ
Why is the University of Vermont adopting these policies for Gutterson Fieldhouse and Patrick Gymnasium?
The safety and security of our fans and student-athletes, along with the overall fan experience is our number one priority. This proactive measure will enhance the safety inside and out of the stadium and also ensure each fan has enough space in their respective seat.
Does the bag policy apply to events at Virtue Field, Moulton Winder Field, and the Frank H. Livak Track?
No, the clear bag policy does NOT apply to these venues. Bags are subject to search for any ticketed event to ensure prohibited items are not being brought into the venue.
What happens if I arrive to the game and do not have a clear bag?
Fans that do not have a clear bag will be provided one at the entrance of the facility. Be sure to leave your non-clear bag in your vehicle.
What happens if I show up at the gate with a bag that is not permitted?
Fans with prohibited bags will need to return their bags to their vehicle, and transfer their belongings to an approved clear plastic bag before entering the athletic venue.
Are other Universities/Venues limiting bags?
Yes. More and more college institutions are adopting the NFL's Clear Bag Policy. In fact, some like the University of Michigan and Michigan State University have taken more far-reaching measures and do not permit any type of bags.
How many bags can each person bring into the venue?
Each ticketed guest can carry one large clear bag -- either a one-gallon Ziploc-style bag or the 12" x 6" x 12" clear bag -- plus a small clutch purse (4.5" x 6.5"). The small clutch must be carried into the venue outside the clear bag and is subject to search.
Can I carry cameras, phones, or tablets separately from what I put in a clear bag?
Yes, fans can continue to carry permitted items in their pockets and/or hands such as keys, phones, wallets, makeup, etc. if you choose not to put them in a clear bag or clutch. Prohibited items have not changed.
