PHILADELPHIA, Pa. – After a scoreless opening half, the Catamounts and Explorers tallied four goals in the second half to send the game to overtime at 2-2. In the extra period, La Salle's Chloe Lucky scored the game-winner after receiving a pass from Lauren Lechleitner.

HOW IT HAPPENED

• Neither team scored in a back-and-forth first half that saw shots even at 4-4 with a 2-1 La Salle advantage in shots on goal.
• La Salle's Logan Oh did not need long to break the scoreless tie in the second half, finding the back of the net just 1:24 into the period.
• Freshman Clodagh Ferry took a penalty corner and moved the ball to Rachel Phillips for her first goal. The Catamount junior ripped a shot from the top of the circle to tie the game at 1-1.
• The New Jersey native then scored her second of the game just 5:07 after tying the game off another UVM penalty corner, this one taken by Carla Godsman.
• Amber Blackshear responded quickly to the Phillips pair of goals, scoring one of her own in the 62nd minute to tie the game at 2-2.
• Chloe Lucky scored in the 80th minute to lift the Explorers to a 3-2 victory over the Catamounts, snapping a five-game losing streak in the process.

• Vermont begins America East conference play next weekend as UMass Lowell (4-3) visits Moulton Winder Field for a Friday (Sept. 28) afternoon match. The match is slated to begin at 4 p.m. and is Vermont's lone game of the weekend.
