COACH'S QUOTE
"We saw some great heart out of this group today after we got off to our worst start of the season," said head coach
Jim Plumer. "We really played well in the second and third periodS and it was certainly better getting a point than not getting one. We've got to find a way to finish games and not give them away."

- Lily Humphrey broke Merrimack's scoring streak when she notched her third goal of the season at 2:41 of the second period. Ève-Audrey Picard and Karjalainen assisted on the marker.
- Mikyla Grant-Mentis quickly answered for the Warriors just over two minutes later to go up by two again. Natalie Ferenc (10 saves) replaced Blanka Škodová (10 saves) in net for Vermont. The rookie goaltender logged 40:35 in net.
