After missing the 2018 cross country season with an injury Autumn led the Catamounts in their season-opening meet against UMass Lowell Saturday afternoon from the Hard'Ack Recreation Area. She led a Vermont sweep of the top-five spots with a time of 18:08.00. She finished seven seconds ahead of her teammate
Konstanze Wendeln. Her time was also ten seconds better than UVM's top performer at their season-opener last season in St. Albans.
The men's and women's cross country teams return to action for the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown on Friday, September 20 at Boston College.
