HOW IT HAPPENED
- The Bulldogs jumped out to an early lead in the eighth minute. Caitlyn Linden set up the play with a cross from the right side and Amanda Spitaleri snuck the go-ahead score into the left side of the net.
- Five minutes later, Frances O'Donnell tried to tie the game with a strike from 15 yards out but Bryant keeper Meghan Dalton (4 saves) made the save next to the left post.
- Near the midway point of the half, Karen Wallace tracked down a loose ball on the edge of the ball and launched a potential equalizer but the ball flew over the crossbar.
- Bryant doubled its lead in the 67th minute. Jaden McCarthy sent a feed towards the right side of the box for Lexi Kramer. Kramer worked around a defender and bent a shot into the top left corner of the net.
