BURLINGTON, Vt. – Iowa Wild General Manager Tom Kurvers announced Saturday afternoon that UVM alternate captain
Bryce Misley has signed an amateur tryout contract with the American Hockey League club.

Iowa is the AHL affiliate of the NHL's Minnesota Wild who drafted Misley in the fourth round, 116th overall in the 2017 NHL Entry Draft.

Over the last four seasons Misley played in 109 games for the Catamounts. He tallied eight goals and 14 assists for 22 points in his time at Vermont. On Wednesday afternoon, he closed out his UVM career scoring on a shorthanded breakaway in Vermont's Hockey East Opening Round tilt at UMass Lowell.
