SWIMMING & DIVING NOTEBOOK
The Vermont swimming and diving team (3-2, 2-1 America East) will head to Kingston, Rhode Island on Friday (Nov. 18) for the annual Harold Anderson Invitational. Teams from Binghamton, Holy Cross, Maine, Providence, Roger Williams, Rhode Island and Vermont will come together at Tootell Aquatic Center, with action starting at 8 a.m. ET on Friday. The invitational will continue with an all-day schedule throughout the weekend. The invitational will not be streamed live.

HAROLD ANDERSON RECORD
This will be the third time since the 2016-17 season where the Catamounts will compete in the Harold Anderson Invitational. The first time coming in the 2019-20 season where they finished in third place with a total of 579 points behind Rhode Island and Binghamton. Mina Poppas set a new Tootell Aquatic Center record winning the event with a time of 3:28.44 and helped UVM finish tied for first place with Rhode Island.

MEET OUTLOOK
The Catamounts will be competing in a three-day invitational at the University of Rhode Island starting on Friday with the 200 freestyle and 400 medley relays as well as the 500 freestyle, 200 IM, 50 freestyle, the women's three-meter dive and the men's one-meter dive events. On Saturday, the teams will compete in the 200 medley and 800 freestyle relays as well as the 400 IM, 100 fly, 200 freestyle, 100 backstroke, 100 breaststroke, women's one-meter dive and the men's three-meter dive with action beginning at 10:30 a.m. On Sunday, the final day of the invitational, the teams will compete in the 1650 freestyle, 200 backstroke, 100 freestyle, 200 breaststroke, 200 butterfly and the 400 freestyle relay with action beginning at 9:30 a.m.

WHO'S NEXT
Following the Harold Anderson Invitational, the Catamounts will travel to Amherst, Massachusetts for a dual meet with UMass and Binghamton. The meet is scheduled to start with the diving events at 11 a.m. and will conclude with swimming starting at 1 p.m.

HOMECOMING
Vermont's final meet of the season at Forbush Natatorium will come on Saturday, January 21 against Rhode Island. The meet will be the Catamounts Senior Day Presented by The Alumni Association. The meet is scheduled to start at 10:30 a.m. and will be streamed live on AmericaEast.TV.
