COACH'S QUOTE
"Just a really, really good team win," head coach Sarah Dalton Graddock said. I thought both units did a good job of having each other's back as the game wore on. I don't think we had a great start, but I'm proud of our effort to make adjustments, play together, and get that win."

  • Kendall Traveis ended the UVM scoring drought 7:57 into the second quarter with her sixth goal of the season. McKenzie Ballard was credited with the assist on the goal.
  • Ava Vasile cut the lead in half 1:02 later on an unassisted tally that made the score 4-2. The senior's goal was her 32nd of the season.
  • Dartmouth ended the Vermont scoring run when Catherine Erb netted her first goal of the game to take a 5-2 lead with 3:06 remaining in the half. Christensen assisted on the goal for her third point of the evening.
  • Jane Trauger scored with 0:23 left in the half to cut the deficit to 5-3 heading into the break. Claire Adelhelm found the rookie who quickly directed a shot past Gisele Todd (8 saves).
