BURLINGTON, Vt. – Gage Adams goal with 2:57 remaining in overtime was the difference as Vermont (4-7, 2-2 AE) fell to Binghamton (5-5, 3-1 AE) 11-10 on Saturday afternoon at Virtue Field.

HOW IT HAPPENED
- Following an early 2-0 lead by the Bearcats, Vermont found the back of the net for the first time at () after Brock Haley buried his shot in front, cutting the Binghamton lead in half, 2-1.
- The Catamounts knotted the score at 2-2 after Charlie Pope corralled Luke Reiter's original shot, netting his 29th goal of the season with 6:58 remaining in the opening quarter.
- Reiter connected with Max Frattaroli who scored with 2:12 left in the first quarter to gain the 3-2 lead for Vermont.
