SARASOTA, Fla. – Katie Lester led the Catamounts at the CSCAA Open Water Championship finishing 57th overall Saturday afternoon at the 5k hosted at Nathan Benderson Park.

Lester was 42nd among Division I athletes with a time of 1:02:10.8. Rice's Ella Dyson repeated as the Open Water Champion with a time of 56:05.7. Two other Catamounts placed in the top 100 Saturday. Gabby Puryear-Lynch was 69th overall and 52nd among D1 athletes with a time of 1:03:26.9. Autumn Bullinger was 99th in a time of 1:05:10.0.

WHO'S NEXT
The Catamounts return to action on Saturday, January 17 at 10:30 a.m. as they travel to face Rhode Island at the Tootell Aquatic Center in Kingston.
