HOW IT HAPPENED
- UAlbany started the game off with a goal at the 13:38 mark in the 1st quarter.
- Vermont was tagged with a green card 20 seconds later. The Great Danes capitalized off this card going up 2-0 a minute later.
- A Lydia Doraz pass lead to a Meghan O'Connor goal with 10 minutes remaining in the 1st quarter. Vermont was still down 2-1.
- Two minutes later, Lydia Doraz would even up the game at 2 apiece.
- Lydia Doraz would score the next two goals for Vermont as she earned a hat-trick with three minutes remaining in the first quarter.
- The Great Danes stormed back on their own 2-0 run to end the 1st quarter. The game was all tied at the end of the first quarter 4-4.
- At the 11:52 mark in the 2nd quarter, Kendall Traveis would give the Cats a 5-4 lead with a bounce shot in the middle.
- UAlbany marched their way back going on another 2-0 run.
- With nine minutes remaining, Karina Sethi would tie the game at six.
