Finished second at the UMass Tri-Meet in the 1500 meters with a time of 4:02 ... Placed third at the Black and Gold Invitational in the 5000 meters with a time of 15:07 ... Was the runner-up at the UMass Lowell Invitational with a time of 8:39 in the 3000 meters.
SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished third in the 3000 meters at the America East Championships with a time of 8:36 ... Ran a season best 5000 meters placing fourth at the BU Scarlet and White Invitatioal in a time of 15:11 ... Ran career indoor bests in the 800 meters (1:58) and the mile (4:15) in the tri-meet with Dartmouth and Maine.
JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Finished 12th overall at America East Championships in the 10000-meter race in a time of 33:07.53 ... Set a personal-best time of 31.27.19 in the 10000-meter at NEICAAA Championships for seventh overall ... Won the 10000-meter at the Annual Yellow Jacket Invitiational with a time of 32:14.07.
JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2015): Placed seventh at America East Championships in the distance medley relay with a time of 10:22.86 ... Set a personal-best 3000-meter time at NEICAAA Champsionships in the 3000-meter at the 8:37.63 mark ... Won the 4x800-meter race at the Joe Donahue Games in 8:02.92 ... Earned first at New Hampshire in the 3000-meter in a time of 8:46.44.
SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished 23rd in the 5000-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 15:25.62 ... Posted a personal-best 5K time of 15:02.94 for 15th at the New England Championships ... Ran his fastest 1500 time of 4:02.57 at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational for 10th overall.
SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2014): Placed 21st in the 3000-meter at the America East Championships with a time of 8:50.03 ... Posted a personal record in the 3K of 8:44.77 at the BU Valentine Invitational ... Finished fifth in the one mile at the Dartmouth Indoor Classic with a personal-best time of 4:19.92 ... Posted second place in the 3000 in both of Vermont's home meets.
FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2013): Ran a time of 16:37.00 in the 5000-meter at the America East Championships ... Posted a season-best 5K time of 15:48.28 for fourth place at the Catamount Invitational ... Registered his top 1500 time of 4:11.74 at the Wolfie Invitational and took 16th.
FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2013): Ran a season-best time of 9:09.52 in the 3000-meter at the America East Championships ... In Vermont's home meets, he finished second in the mile vs. Hartford and second in the 3000 vs. Middlebury ... Placed third in the 4x800 relay at the Joe Donahue Games in 8:15.37.
BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Franklin High School in Portland, Ore. ... Ran four years of cross country and four years of track & field ... Earned second place in the 2010 Oregon State Cross Country Meet ... Team won the Portland Interscholastic League District Championship from 2008 to 2011 ... Track team also won the 2011-12 PIL District title ... Was a three-time First Team All-PIL selection in cross country (2009, 2010, 2011) ...
