Broke the school record in the 5000 meters at the Larry Ellis invitational with a time of 14:21 ... Won the 5000 meters at the UMass Tri-Meet with a time of 14:45 ... Won the 1500 meters at the Black and Gold Invitational with a time 4:00 ... Finished first at the UMass Lowell Invitational in the 3000 meters with a time of 8:39.
SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished second in the 5000 meters (14:36) and eighth in the 3000 meters (8:42) at the America East Championships ... Broke his own school record in the 3000 meters at the New England Championships with a time of 8:18 ... Won the 5000 meters at the BU Scarlet and White Invitational with a season best time of 14:33 ... Ran a career best for the indoor mile at the Valentine Invitational with a time of 4:15 ... Won the 3000 meters at the Joe Donahue Games with a time of 8:32.
JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Placed eigth at America East Championships in the 5000-meter in 15:20.29 ... Took second in the 5000-meter at the Yellow Jacket Invitational in a time of 15:09.26.
JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2015): Finished tenth overall in the 5000-meter at America East Championships in a time of 14:48.98 ... Also placed 11th in the 3000-meter in 8:37.50 ... Recorded a career-best mile time of 4:20.90 at Dartmouth for fourth place ... Won the 5000-meter at Boston University Scarlet and White meet in a time of 14:33.61 ... SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished 11th in the 10,000-meter run at the America East Championships with a time of 32:01.64 ... Earned All-New England honors with second place in the 5000 after running a career-best time of 14:32.09 ... Placed 15th in the 10K at the IC4A Championships with a time of 31:28.82 ... Won the 10K at the AIC Yellow Jacket Invitational with a season-best 30:53.08 ... Also claimed the 3000 at the Princeton Quad Meet in 8:36.68 ... Finished second in the 5K at the UAlbany Spring Classic in 14:56.75.
SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2014): Finished 12th in the 5000-meter run at the America East Championships with a time of 15:13.80 ... Ran a time of 8:48.42 in the 3000 at the New England Championships for 25th ... Posted a time of 8:31.22 in the 3000 at the IC4A Championships ... Registered his fastest 3000 time of the season at the BU Valentine Invitational (8:20.16) ... Won the mile at home vs. St. Peters and Middlebury in 4:23.23.
FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2013): Finished 17th in the 10,000-meter run at the America East Championships with a time of 33:53.37 ... Ran his best 5000 time of 15:36.62 for third overall at the Dartmouth Tri Meet.
BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Suffield High School in Suffield, Conn. ... Ran four years of cross country, as well as four years of indoor and outdoor track ... Team won the Class M state cross country championship in 2011 ... Was also the Northern Central Connecticut Conference champion in 2011 ... Holds school cross country record in the 5K ... Also holds track records in the 1600, 3000, 3200, 5000, and distance medley relay.
