JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2017): Took third in the 5,000m at the Black & Gold Invitational with a time of 17:31.08 ... Finished second in the 10,000m at the America East Outdoor Championships with a time of 36:16.49 ... Clocked a time of 10:17.49 and finished 12th in the 3,000m at the ECAC/IC4A Championships.
JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2017): Won the 3,000m at the Jay Carisella Invitational and the Dartmouth Quad Meet to open the season ... Took third in the 5,000m at the Penn State National Open with a time of 17:20.69 ... Finished fourth in the 5,000m at the America East Championships and 12th in the same event at the ECAC/IC4A Championships. Received the America East Elite 17 Award for excellence in athletics and academics.
SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2016): Won the 5000 meters with a time of 17:10 at the Albany Spring Classic ... Won the 10000 meters with a time of 36:59 at the UMass Tri-Meet ... Finished second at the Black and Gold Invitational in the 5000 meters with a time of 17:56.
SOPHOMORE INDOOR SEASON (2016): Finished fourth in the 5,000m at the America East Championships with a time of 17:18 ... Finished 25th at the IC4A/ECAC Championships in the 5,000m with a time of 17:49 ... Placed 17th at the New England Championships with a time of 10:12 in the 3,000m ... Won the 5,000m at the BU Scarlet & White Meet with a time of 17:45 ... Recorded a fifth place finish in the mile with a time of 5:24 against Dartmouth and Maine.
FRESHMAN OUTDOOR SEASON (2015): Finished sixth overall at the America East Championships in the 5,000m in a season-best time of 17:33.50 ... Participated in six meets ... Claimed first place at the UAlbany Spring Classic for the 5,000m with a time of 17:37.09.
