SENIOR SEASON (2019): Opened the season with a time of 27:01.4 at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (Sep. 20) ... Ran a career-best 8k time of 25:14.7 at the Paul Short Invitational (Oct. 5) ... Finished 33rd in the Fall Foliage Invite with a time of 26:27.4 (Oct. 19).
JUNIOR SEASON (2018): Finished ninth in his season debut at Hard'Ack Recreation Area with a time of 26:23.5 (Sep. 1) ... Set an 8k personal-best and placed fourth at the Vermont Fall Foliage Invitational with a time of 25:32.0 (Oct. 13) ... Raced in the America East Championship to an 8k time of 25:51.5 for 32nd overall (Oct. 27).

FRESHMAN SEASON (2016): Was the second Vermont runner across the finish line at the 10K NCAA Northeast Regionals (11/11) (32:43.4) ... Raced in the America East Championships (10/29) (25:48) ... Ran his best 8K at the Rothenberg Run (10/14), clocking in 25:37 to help UVM finish second as a team ... Made his collegiate debut against UMass Lowell (9/3), placing seventh overall and second for the Catamounts (19:12).
BEFORE UVM: Came to UVM from Bayard Rustin High School in West Chester, Pennsylvania ... Played soccer for two seasons in addition to competing in cross country and indoor track & field.
