SENIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2023): Began the outdoor season with a 10th-place finish in the 400m (1:01.15) at the Black & Gold Invite (Apr. 1) ... Won the 400m hurdles at the UVM Quad Meet with a time of 1:10.72, and ran on the runner-up 4x400m relay team (Apr. 8) ... Placed sixth in the 800m at the Pacific Coast Invite with a time of 2:16.26 (Apr. 13) ... Recorded a runner-up finish in the 800m with a time of 2:15.22 at the George Davis Invite (Apr. 22) ... Ran personal-best marks in the 200m (27.93s) and 400m (58.76s) at the UMass Pre-Conference Invite (Apr. 29) ... Finished ninth in the 800m at the America East Championships with a time of 2:17.12 - ran a time of 2:16.10 in the prelims (May 6 & 7).

SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2023): Opened the season with runner-up finishes in the 1000m (3:05.47) and 4x400m relay at UNH (Dec. 4) ... Was fourth in the 800m at the Beacon Invite with a time of 2:19.53 (Dec. 10) ... Placed second in the 1000m and 4x400m at the Middlebury Snowflake Invite (Jan. 14) ... Took second place in the 500m at the Middlebury Winter Classic with a time of 1:19.61 ... Was sixth in the 800m at the River Hawk Invite with a time of 2:16.62 (Jan. 27) ... Ran a career-best 500m time of 1:16.61 to place sixth at the Terrier Classic (Jan. 28) ... Posted a personal-best 1000m time of 2:59.68 at the New England Championships (Feb. 2 & 3) ... Secured All-Conference honors with a third-place finish in the 800m (2:15.99) at the America East Championships, placed eighth in the 500m (Feb. 18 & 19) ... JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2022): Placed 10th in the 1500m at the UMass Lowell Invite to open the season (Mar. 26) ... Won the 400m (1:01.28) and 4x400m relay at the UNH Outdoor Opener (Apr. 2) ... Finished 24th in the 800m with a time of 2:19.79 at the Mason Spring Invite (Apr. 9) ... Finished fifth in the 800m at the UMass Outdoor Invite I with a time of 2:18.17 (Apr. 16) ... Logged a personal-best 400m mark of 1:00.28 for seventh place at the UMass Outdoor Invite II (Apr. 30) ... Recorded a time of 2:24.11 in the 800m at the America East Championships (May 7).

JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2022): Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 1000m and ran a leg on the winning 4x400m relay team at the Dartmouth Opener (Dec. 11) ... Was second in the 800m and 4x400m at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 15) ... Was third in the 600m at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 22) ... Logged an 800m time of 2:24.16 for second place at the Middlebury Invite (Jan. 29) ... Was 30th in the 800m at the Scarlet & White Invite with a time of 2:19.48 (Feb. 5) ... Posted an 800m time of 2:23.82 for 21st at the Fastrack National Invite (Feb. 11) ... Placed second in the 500m at the UVM-UNH Dual Meet (Feb. 13) ... SOPHOMORE OUTDOOR SEASON (2021): Opened the season with fourth-place finish in the 400m at UNH (Apr. 3) ... Was sixth in the 800m with a time of 2:23.93 at Vermont's home meet (Apr. 10) ... Finished fourth in the 800m with a time of 2:21.90 and ran a leg for the winning 4x400m relay at UMass (Apr. 18) ... Logged a time of 2:22.67 in the 800m and ran a leg in the 4x400m relay at the America East Championships (May 1 & 2) ... Ran a personal-best 800m of 2:20.04 for 13th place at the New England Championships (May 15).

FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2020): Opened the season with third-place finishes in the 800m and on the 4x400m relay team in a tri meet with Maine and Dartmouth (Dec. 14) ... Finished eighth on the 4x400m relay team at the 2020 Dartmouth Relays ... Registered a fourth-place finish in the 600m at Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ... Recorded a fourth-place finish in the 800m and ran on a second-place DMR team in a quad meet with UNH, Maine and Dartmouth (Jan. 25)

BEFORE UVM: Came to UVM from Falls Church, Virginia … Played basketball and ran outdoor track & field and cross country for George Mason High School … Named the outdoor track and field MVP (2018, 2019) … Won Track District Championships (2016-2019) … Was a 4x400m State Champion (2019) … 8-time All-State, 4-time Regional Champion, 8-time District Champion … Holds her high school record for the 4x800m relay … Was a National Honor Society member, Valedictory Scholar, among other earned accolades.
