Was seventh in the 400m at the Commonwealth Invite (Apr. 15) ... Raced on the winning 4x100m relay team at the Rutgers Relays (Apr. 22) ... Helped set a school record in the 4x400m (3:15.62) at the America East Championships (May 6 & 7) ... Competed in the 400m at the New England Championships (May 12 & 13).

SENIOR INDOOR SEASON (2023): Ran a personal-best 300m time of 35.97s to finish 15th at the Sharon Colyear Danville meet (Dec. 3) ... Was runner-up in the 500m at the Beacon Invite with a time of 1:06.67 (Dec. 10) ... Placed second in the 400m (51.84s) at the Middlebury Snowflake (Jan. 14) ... Raced on the winning 4x400m relay team at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 21) ... Logged a 400m time of 50.06s at the Valentine Invite (Feb. 11) ... JUNIOR OUTDOOR SEASON (2022): Opened the season with a third-place finish in the 400m at the UNH Outdoor Opener (Apr. 2) ... Logged a time of 49.49 for fourth place at the George Davis Invite (Apr. 23) ... Finished sixth in the 400m (49.00s) and ran a leg on the runner-up 4x100m relay team at the America East Championships (May 7 & 8) ... Competed in the 400m and 4x100m at the New England Championships (May 13 & 14).

JUNIOR INDOOR SEASON (2022): Registered a victory in the 500m with a time of 1:06.92 at the Dartmouth Indoor Opener (Dec. 11) ... Was third in the 400m and fourth in the 200m at the Middlebury Winter Classic (Jan. 15) ... Ran a leg on the winning 4x400m relay team at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 22) ... Logged a 400m time of 50.78 for third place at the Middlebury Invitational (Jan. 29) ... Finished 13th in the 500m with a time of 1:05.59 at the Scarlet & White Invite (Feb. 5) ... Ran a personal-best 200m time of 22.72s for third place at the UNH Wildcat Invite (Apr. 3) ... Logged a 200m time of 22.56s for third place at the UVM Home Meet (Apr. 10 ) ... Was fourth in the 400m with a time of 50.40 at UMass (Apr. 18) ... Finished fifth in the 400m with a personal-best time of 48.87s at the America East Championships (May 1 & 2) ... FRESHMAN INDOOR SEASON (2020): Made his debut with a sixth-place finish and a 400m time of 51.68s at Dartmouth (Dec. 14) ... Was on the runner-up 4x400m relay team at the Dartmouth Relays (Jan. 10) ... Won the 400m dash (50.82s) and was fourth in the 200m dash at the Middlebury Winterfell (Jan. 18) ...
