PARKING AT UVM ATHLETIC EVENTS DURING CONSTRUCTION PHASES
Please review the following information to help make your visit to a UVM sporting event more enjoyable, thank you for your patience and understanding!  Should you have any questions regarding parking, please contact University Transportation & Parking Services at (802) 656-8686 or via email at parking@uvm.edu.
 
Fans, Please Read The Signs!
Except during semester breaks, Athletic Event parking is not allowed in Residential Lots on and surrounding the Athletic Campus. Parking in the Gutterson Garage and non-reserved areas of its surface levels will be allowed until they fill. Please adhere to the direction of police officers and parking staff.
 
Once the Gutterson Garage is full for general parking, only cars with Victory Club VIP Parking placards and ADA parking placards will be allowed to park in the Gutterson Garage. All other vehicle operators—including those with a UVM parking permit—will be re-routed to Main Street via Gutterson Roadway and University Heights, and head east on Main Street around the clover leaf to the Jeffords Lot via East Avenue. When the signs indicate the Gutterson Garage is full, please do not go to Gutterson; doing so will only increase the amount of time spent in traffic waiting to park.
 
Top Level of Gutterson Garage:
Due to construction, some pedestrian traffic patterns have changed.  If you are attending a hockey game and park on the top level of Gutterson Garage, please consider entering the facility through the front of Patrick Gymnasium as if you have taken the shuttle to the game.  There is only one vehicle entrance/exit at the top level of the garage – at the north end.

For the convenience of our fans attending men's basketball and men's hockey games at Patrick Gymnasium and Gutterson Fieldhouse, a shuttle will run regularly from the Jeffords parking lot (also known as the water tower lot) to the entrance of Patrick Gymnasium. Shuttles begin running one hour prior to game time.
 
By taking the shuttle, fans can get back to their vehicle and on the road without waiting in congested traffic or being rerouted when the Gutterson Garage is full
 
Regardless of where they choose to park, all fans are encouraged to arrive early to enjoy and spend your time at the game. Due to the construction and changes in traffic patterns and vehicle egress, fans who choose to park on site at the athletic complex can expect delays when exiting after the game. We appreciate your attendance at our games and we want everyone to arrive home safely, so we ask you to please be patient when exiting and to follow the direction of parking attendants.       
 
ADA Parking:
Fans with ADA placards are encouraged to arrive early and are asked to have their placard out and ready for efficiency in the traffic flow.
 
For men's basketball, if you are arriving less than one hour prior to tip off, please consider taking the shuttle. Our shuttles will deliver you right to the door of Patrick Gymnasium to come in and enjoy the game. Basketball Parking Map | CATS Shuttle Map
 
For women's basketball, there is ADA parking to the left of the main entrance.
 
For men's and women's hockey, as well as field sports, there is ADA parking directly in front of Gutterson.  Please use the south entrance off Spear Street to access this parking area during construction. Hockey Parking Map
 
Victory Club VIP Parking:
Victory Club members with a VIP parking pass are asked to have their pass out and ready when approaching the designated lot for both your convenience as well as that of UVM Police and parking staff. 
 
For men's and women's basketball, please access the VIP Parking areas via the north entrance off Spear Street or by turning right onto University Heights off Main Street if coming from the west.  Victory Club VIP Parking will be located on the top level of the Gutterson Garage. For men's hockey, please access the VIP Parking areas via the south entrance off Spear Street.  These areas will be located on the middle and lower levels of parking directly in front of Gutterson Fieldhouse. Hockey Parking Map
