I have ordered tickets, when will I receive them?

Can I exchange/Return/Refund my tickets?
All sales are final. Tickets are non-returnable and non-refundable.
Are group discounts available for other Catamount sporting events?
Group discounts are available for all tickets sports during the regular season. Ticket prices vary based on the sport. Please contact call the Ticket Office at (802) 656-4410 for more details.
Everyone, 3 years of age and older, are required to have a ticket to all ticketed events.
General Information
Ticket Windows:
- Ticket windows for Catamount Men's and Women's Basketball are located in the lobby of Patrick Gymnasium
- All ticket windows open 1 hour prior to game time
Will Call and Player Guest Will Call:
- Will Call can be picked up at Patrick Gymnasium starting 1 hour prior to game time
- Any will call pick up earlier than 1 hour prior to game time can take place at the Vermont Ticket Office, located on the balcony above the Patrick Gymnasium lobby
- ID is recommended for all Will Call pickups
