Finished 26th at the 6k Minuteman Invitational (9/9) with a time of 19:52.8 ... Clocked a time of 26:01.3 to take 32nd at the New England Championships (10/7) ... Finished 2nd with a time of 25:04.9 at the Rothenberg Run (10/13) ... Posted a time of 26:02.1 at the America East Championships (10/28) for 30th overall ... Took 76th with a time of 33:45.6 at the 10k NCAA Northeast Regional (11/10).

JUNIOR SEASON (2016): Captained the men’s team along with Pat Coppinger and Nick Salamone ... Ran at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/11), completing the 10K course in 32:59.9 ... Placed 24th at the America East Championships (10/29) with a mark of 25:41.7 ... Took fifth and third for Vermont at the Brown University Rothenberg Run (10/14, 25:20.9) as UVM took second as a team ... Was fourth overall and first for Vermont at the Ted Owen Invitational (9/24), clocking in at 25:49.1 ... Placed 13th overall in his season debut at the UMass Minuteman Invitational (9/10, 19:37.5).

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2015): Rounded out Vermont's top seven at the NCAA Northeast Regional (10k) with a time of 34:03 ... Finished fifth for Vermont and 38th overall at the America East Championships with a time of 26:34 ... Placed 41st overall, sixth for the Catamounts, at the Minuteman Invitational (6k) with a time of 20:37 ... Placed 46th overall, fifth Vermont finisher, at the Iona Meet of Champions with a time of 28:01 ... Was the second Catamount finisher at the New England championships with a time of 25:58 ... Ran a time of 26:05 at the Brown Rothenberg Run, finishing fourth for Vermont and 34th overall.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2014): Competed in six races ... Finished ninth on the team and 74th overall at the America East Championships with a time of 27:40.6 ... Ran a time of 34:11.6 at the NCAA Regional Meet (10K) ... Posted his top 8K time of 26:37.7 for 32nd place at the Brown Rothenberg Run ... Placed 16th at both the 5M America East Pre-Conference Meet (27:11.6) and the 6K UMass Invitational (19:37.3).

BEFORE VERMONT: A member of Wakefield Memorial High School track and field and cross country teams … Captained all three seasons during junior and senior campaigns … Three-time recipient of Middlesex League All-Star accolades 2012-2014 … Holds the one mile outdoor record with a time of 4:21.
