2010 SEASON: Ran in three races… Posted a season best-time of 27:27 at the New England Championships… Was 9th among the Catamounts and 17th overall at the Saint Michaels Invitational.

2009 SEASON: Ran in six races and finished in the top five among Vermont runners in every race … Was the team runner-up twice … Posted a season-best time of 25:49 at the Paul Short Invitational … Was second on the Vermont team at both the Pre-America East Championship race and the UMass Invitational.

2008 SEASON: Participated in five races placing in the top-15 twice … Was the 13th Vermont runner to cross the finish line in his collegiate debut at the McGill Open … Finished sixth among Catamount runners at the UMass Invitational … Recorded a 12th place finish in the Vermont State Cross Country Championships … Placed seventh among Vermont runners at the New England Cross Country Championships … Ran his best race of the season at the Saint Michael’s Invitational placing second overall helping Vermont win the event.
