2015 SEASON: Was the first Vermont finisher at the NCAA Northeast Regional with a time of 31:36 (10k) placing 43rd overall ... Finished 28th overall, third among Vermont runners, at the America East Championships with a time of 26:13 ... Placed 38th overall, fifth for the Catamounts, at the Minuteman Invitational (6k) with a time of 20:33 ... Was the top Vermont finisher, 10th overall, at the Iona Meet of Champions with a time of 26:24 ... Placed 79th at the New England Championships, first Catamount finisher, with a time of 25:51 ... Finished second overall, placing first for Vermont, at the Brown Rothenberg Run with a time of 25:02.

2014 SEASON: Won three of his six races and was named team MVP ... Earned All-Conference honors for the first time in his career with sixth place at the America East Championships in 25:04.8 ... Broke the course record and won the Brown Rothenberg Run with a career-best time of 24:43.9 ... Placed 39th overall at the New England Championships with a time of 25:14.5 ... Won the 5M America East Pre-Conference Meet (25:59.2) and the 6K UMass Invitational (18:53.4) ... Was third overall in the 6K home meet vs. UMass Lowell in 19:14.0.

2013 SEASON: Competed in six races ... Finished second on the team and 42nd overall at the America East Championships with a time of 26:22.0 ... Placed just outside the top-100 at the NCAA Regional Meet (10K) with a time of 32:17.9 ... Broke the 26-minute mark at the New England Championships in 25:57.4 for 90th overall ... Finished sixth overall with a time of 19:33.5 at the UMass Invitational (6K) ... Took ninth at the UAlbany Invite with a time of 26:14.0.

2012 SEASON: Competed in six races as a freshman ... Finished 27th overall and third on the team at the America East Championships with a time of 26:30 for his best 8K time of the year ... Was also the third Vermont finisher at the NCAA Regional 10K in 33:02 for 150th overall ... Posted his best overall time at St. Michael's for 18th overall (26:02) ... Also finished in under 27 minutes at the New England Championships (26:54) ... Placed sixth on the team and 19th overall at the Vermont Invitational in his collegiate debut (27:09).

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Suffield High School in Suffield, Conn. ... Ran four years of cross country, as well as four years of indoor and outdoor track ... Team won the Class M state cross country championship in 2011 ... Was also the Northern Central Connecticut Conference champion in 2011 ... Holds school cross country record in the 5K ... Also holds track records in the 1600, 3000, 3200, 5000, and distance medley relay.
