2014 SEASON: Competed in all seven races and earned five top-10 finishes ... Earned All-Conference honors for the first time with a seventh place finish at the America East Championships in 25:16.5 ... Ran nearly an identical time of 25:16.4 at the Brown Rothenberg Run for fifth overall ... Posted a time of 32:00.6 and took 89th overall at the NCAA Regional Meet (10K) ... Registered his best 8K time of 24:55.5 at the New England Championships and placed 13th ... Won the 6K home meet vs. UMass Lowell with a time of 18:52.0 ... Was seventh at the UMass Invitational (6K), crossing the line in 19:19.1 ... Took third in the America East Pre-Conference Meet with a mark of 26:25.3.

2012 SEASON: Competed in four races and was top-3 on the team in all four events ... Finished 16th overall at the Vermont Invitational with a time of 26:46 ... Was 13th at the UNH Pre-Conference Meet (8.3K) in 26:58 ... Led all Catamounts at the Paul Short Run with a time of 25:57 for 25th place ... Posted his best time at the New England Championships (25:30), placing second on the squad and 61st overall.
2011 SEASON: Competed in five races ... Posted his best 8K time of the season with a time of 27:20 at the America East Championships to rank 10th on the team and 78th overall ... Was eighth on the team and 24th overall in his Vermont debut with a time of 28:16 in the season-opening home meet ... Ran his fastest time of the season the following week at the UMass Invitational with a mark of 24:53.
