JUNIOR SEASON (2019): Opened the season with a 14th-place finish and a time of 19:14.8 against UMass Lowell (Sep. 7) ... Had a time of 20:11.9 at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (Sep. 20) .. Ran a 6k personal-best time of 23:06.7 for 92nd at the Paul Short Invite (Oct. 5) ... Registered a 5k personal-best time of 19:08.5 for 21st at the Fall Foliage Invite (Oct. 19).

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2018): Began the season with a 25th-place finish and a 5k time of 19:57.6 at Hard'Ack Recreation Area (Sep. 1) ... Had her best finish of the season at the Aldrich Invitational where she ran the 5k in 20:47.6 to earn 13th-place (Sep. 15) ... Registered a time of 24:35.2 in the 6k at the Paul Short Invite (Sep. 29) ... Set her personal-best in the 5k with a time of 19:27.5 at the Vermont Fall Foliage Invite (Oct. 13). 

FRESHMAN SEASON (2017): Finished the America East Pre-Conference Meet (9/2) with a time of 20:29.3 for 49th overall ... Clocked times of 20:28.6 at the Minuteman Invitational (9/9) and 20:39.9 at the New England Championships (10/7) ... Closed out her first season taking 55th with a time of 19:13.3 at the Rothenberg Run (10/13).

BEFORE VERMONT: Ran cross country and track at Beverly High School … Named captain in 2017 … Holds the school record as a member of the 4x400m relay team ... Holds the school and conference record as a member of the 4x1600m relay team.
 
PERSONAL: Daughter of Martha and John Sutyak ... Chose UVM for its welcoming atmosphere and location .... Undecided on a major.
