SENIOR SEASON (2019): Opened the season with an 8k time of 25:12.8 at the Paul Short Invite (Oct. 5) ... Finished in 24th place with a time of 25:57.9 at the Fall Foliage Invite (Oct. 19) ... Ran a career-best 8k time of 24:20.3 to earn 10th place and All-Conference Second Team honors at the America East Championships (Nov. 2) ... Ran a personal-best 10k time of 30:41.0 at the NCAA Northeast Regionals (Nov. 15).

JUNIOR SEASON (2018): Began the season with a fifth-place finish at Hard'Ack Recreation Area where he ran an 8k time of 26:02.7 (Sep. 1) ... Registered an 8k personal-best at the Vermont Fall Foliage Invite with a time of 25:38.8 (Oct. 13) ... Ran the America East Championship 8k in 26:09.2 for 43rd overall (Oct. 27) ... Registered a time of 34:51.0 in the 10k at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 9).

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2017): Opened the season by taking 19th with a time of 25:59.6 at the America East Pre-Conference Meet (9/2) ... Took 32nd with a time of 20:02.9 at the 6k Minuteman Invitational (9/9) ... Clocked a time of 25:37.8 at the Rothenberg Run (10/13), finishing 14th overall ... Closed the season with a time of 26:55.1 at the America East Championships (10/28).

BEFORE VERMONT: Transferred from University of Pennsylvania … Won eight individual state titles at Haddon Township High School … Led his team to two cross country state championship titles in high school … Footlocker National cross country finalist.
