JUNIOR SEASON (2016): Posted a time of 17:04.5 at the 5K Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown (9/16) ... Ran at the Minuteman Invitational (9/10), posting a 21:09.7 time as Vermont took third as a team ... Made his season debut against UMass Lowell (9/3), running Red Rocks Park in 21:31.

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2015): Placed 70th at the Minuteman Invitational (6k) with a time of 21:26 ... Finished 19th overall at the home meet against UMass Lowell (6k) with a time of 20:46 ... Finished 154th in the Junior Varsity race at the New England Championships with a time of 28:03 ... Ran a time of 27:23 at the Brown Rothenberg Run, finishing 65th.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2014): Competed in five races ... Posted his best finish of the season in the home meet vs. UMass Lowell (6K) with 23rd in a time of 20:31.0 ... Ran a time of 27:32.7 at the New England Championships for 129th ... Finished 50th overall at the Brown Rothenberg Run in 27:50.8 ... Was 62nd at the UMass Invitational (6K) with a time of 20:47.5.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Sweet Home High School in Amherst, N.Y. ... Named cross country MVP in 2011 and 2012 ... Served as cross country captain from 2011-13 ...
