2012 SEASON: Competed in five races and was among the team's top-5 runners ... Was 26th overall at the 2012 America East Championships with a time of 18:05 ... Placed third among Catamount athletes at the Vermont Invitational (18:33) in her collegiate debut ... Also finished third on the team at the Paul Short Run (6K) with a time of 22:01 ... Ran her best 5K time of the year at the New England Championships (17:51) and finished 20th overall.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to UVM from Essex High School in Essex, Vt. ... Ran four years of cross country and three years of indoor and outdoor track & field ... Team won the 2008 Vermont State Cross Country Championship, as well as the 2010 and 2012 Outdoor Track & Field State Championship ... Voted Most Promising First Year Runner in 2008 and Most Consistent Runner in 2011 as a senior ... Was the 2011-12 Indoor Track State Champion in the 1600-meter and 3200-meter runs ... Also the 2012 Outdoor Track State Champion in the 1500m and 3000m ... Also participated in soccer for one year and gymnastics for two years ... Was an AP Scholar with Honors and earned a 4.0 GPA ...
