2011 SEASON: Competed in six races and ranked among the team's top-4 runners in four of his events ... Posted his best 8K time of the season at the America East Championships with a mark of 25:31 to place 31st overall and third on the team ... Was the fourth Catamount to finish the following week at the NCAA Regional meet with a time of 34:02 ... Finished seventh overall ands second among UVM runners at the UMass Invitational with a season-best time of 22:48 ... Ranked fourth on the team at the New England Championships with his time of 27:06.
2010 SEASON: Raced in four races… Was among the team’s top-10 runners… Posted a season-best time of 26:40 placing third among the team and fourth overall at the St. Michael's Invitational.
2009 SEASON: Ran in five races … Earned two top-10 finishes this season, placing seventh at the Vermont State Meet and sixth at the Saint Michael's Invitational … Scored for UVM in both races.
BEFORE VERMONT: Came to Vermont from West Windsor-Plainsboro High School in West Windsor, N.J. ... He was a member of the DMR squad that broke the New Jersey state record at the 2009 Nike Outdoor Nationals ... Also a member of the 4x1 mile high school national record breaking team that competed at the 2009 Nike Indoor Nationals ... West Windsor-Plainsboro was ranked fifth at the National Cross Country Team Nationals and was the top ranked team at the Northeast Regional Cross Country race ... Led high school team to the New Jersey State Championship in cross country and was the record holder for the course team average ... Earned High School All-American honors for cross country and indoor/outdoor track ... Named to the 2008 Cross Country New Jersey All-County, All-Sectional and All-State Teams.
