SENIOR SEASON (2017): Opened the season taking 48th overall in both the America East Pre-Conference Meet (9/2) and the 6k Minuteman Invitational (9/9) ... Broke the 26-minute mark in back-to-back races, taking 18th at the Rothenberg Run (10/13) and 29th at the America East Championships (10/28) ... Clocked a time of 34:43.5 in the 10k at the NCAA Northeast Regional (11/10).
JUNIOR SEASON (2016): Competed at the NCAA Northeast Regional at Van Cortlandt Park (11/11), crossing the 10K finish line in 33:19.9 ... Ran the America East Championships (10/29) in 26:10.7 for 42nd overall ... Placed 18th overall at the Brown University Rothenberg Run (10/14), clocking in at 25:58.5 as the Catamounts took second as a team ... Made his season debut against UMass Lowell (9/3), running Red Rocks Park in 20:01.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2015): Was the fourth Vermont finisher at the NCAA Northeast Regional (10k) with a time of 33:27 ... Placed 51st at the America East Championships, sixth finisher for Vermont, with a time of 26:55 ... Finished 59th at the Minuteman Invitational (6k) with a time of 21:06 ... Sixth for Vermont, 54th overall finisher, at the Iona Meet of Champions with a time of 28:20 ... Placed 60th in the Junior Varsity race at the New England Championships with a time of 26:44 ... Finished 55th, rounding out the top seven for Vermont, at the Brown Rothenberg Run with a time of 26:52.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2014): Competed in five races ... Finished 21st overall at the 6K home meet vs. UMass Lowell with a time of 20:27.0 ... Posted his best 8K time of 27:11.2 the following weekend at the New England Championships to finish inside the top-100 ... Took 49th at the Brown Rothenberg Run with a mark of 27:50.5.
