Ran the 8k at the Paul Short Invitational in 25:58.0 (Sep. 29) ... Registered a personal-best in the 8k with a time of 25:21.3 for third place at the Vermont Fall Foliage Invite (Oct. 13) ... Finished 22nd at the America East Championship with an 8k time of 25:35.3 (Oct. 27) ... Ran the 10k at the NCAA Northeast Regional in 34:35.0, a personal-best (Nov. 9).

JUNIOR SEASON (2017): Took 27th with a time of 26:16.2 to open the season at the America East Pre-Conference Meet (9/2) ... Finished 34th with a time of 20:09.5 at the 6k Minuteman Invitational (9/9) ... Broke the 26-minute mark with a time of 25:52.8 for 21st overall at the Rothenberg Run (10/13) ... Finished 37th with a time of 26:09.5 at the America East Championships (10/28).

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2016): Clocked in at 27:24.6 at the 8K Rothenberg Run (10/14), placing 38th overall as the Catamounts finished second as a team ... Made his season debut at the Minuteman Invitational (9/10) at UMass, completing the 6K course in 21:06.8.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2015): Finished 45th at the Minuteman Invitational (6k) with a time of 20:40 ... Placed 35th, fourth for Vermont, at the Iona Meet of Champions with a time of 27:32.

BEFORE UVM: Came to UVM from nearby Rice Memorial High School in South Burlington ... Competed in both cross country and track & field ... Captained the former ... Holds the cross country school record in the 5K as well as the track & field 4x800 relay.
