SENIOR SEASON (2016): Co-captained the team with Olivia Hurd after serving as an assistant captain in 2015 ... Wrapped up her career in sole possession of the program record for games played (75) ... Tallied 10 points on four goals and two assists on the season ... Assisted on the game-winning goal against California (10/15) ... Found the back of the cage in consecutive matches against Bryant (9/18) and Siena (9/20) ... Helped the Catamounts to their first 6-0 start at home since 1979 ... Also helped UVM match its combined win total from the previous two seasons.
JUNIOR SEASON (2015): Started all 20 games ... Tied for the team lead with seven goals on the season ... Recorded a goal in the game versus Michigan ... Registered a goal and an assist in a victory against Siena ... Netted a goal versus Quinnipiac ... Scored two goals in a win against UMass Lowell ... Picked up a goal in the game versus Dartmouth.
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2014): Started 17 games for the Catamounts … Collected four points on one goal and two assists … Finished tied for second on the team in assists … Notched a goal and an assist against Kent State … Pick up one assist versus Maine.
FRESHMAN SEASON (2013): Made 19 appearances, including 11 starts in her first season at UVM ... Made her first appearance in the season opener vs. Boston College ... Started her first career game against Rutgers ... Notched her first career point with an assist vs. Appalachian State ... Added another assist at UMass Lowell ... Finished the season tied for third on the team in assists (2) and tied for fourth in points (2).
BEFORE UVM: Comes to Vermont from nearby South Burlington High School … Was a two-time Burlington Free Press Player of the Year (2011 & 2012) … Named to All-New England team in 2011 and 2012 … Helped lead her team to state championships in both her sophomore and senior seasons … Selected to the Twin State All-Star Senior Game … Named team captain and MVP in her junior and senior seasons … Tallied 98 career points in her high school career on 53 goals and 45 assists.
PERSONAL: Is the daughter of Pat Dion and Bill Farmer ... Has three siblings: Adam, Hallie and Erin ... Was a two-time All-American in lacrosse and three-time state champion in high school … Also played ice hockey and competed in indoor track at SBHS ... Is a secondary education major.
