2013 SEASON: Appeared in all 19 games and made 18 starts as a team captain ... Led the team in assists (4) and finished second in both goals (6) and points (16) ... Her four assists were a career-high, and her 16 points tied a career-high (2011) ... Tallied a season-best three points on a goal and an assist against Davidson ... Notched a pair of assists versus Appalachian State ... Led the squad with 22 shots

2012 SEASON: Made 17 appearances on the year, starting in 14 of those ... Her three goals was tied for second most on the team ... Her goals came against Kent State, Quinnipiac and Boston U ... Had 15 shots on goal (second on team) and 25 shots total (third on team).

2011 SEASON: Appeared in all 17 games, making 15 starts … Led the Catamounts in both goals scored (8) and points (16) … Had two multi-goal games … Finished tied for 10th in the America East in goals per game … Tallied a goal in three straight games against Massachusetts, Hofstra and Colgate … Her goal against Hofstra proved to be the game-winner … Netted both of Vermont’s goals at Monmouth … Scored twice in a 4-3 win vs. Dartmouth … Earned UVM’s lone goal against Fairfield.

2010 SEASON: Saw action in 15 games as a freshman … Recorded her first career point with an assist in a 3-1 win over Lock Haven … Also handed out an assist in a 2-1 double-overtime victory over Pacific … Netted her first career goal in a 4-2 win at William & Mary.

BEFORE UVM: Slaughter had a big senior year for Ocean City High School as she was named first team all-state, First Team All-South Jersey, First Team All-Cape Atlantic League and was named the Atlantic City Press 2009 Player of the Year … She helped lead her team to back-to-back South Jersey Group III Championships and finished as her school’s all-time leader in goals scored (92) … Slaughter also took part in the U.S. Futures Program (2007-10), the National Field Hockey Festival (2006-09) and the National Futures Tournament (2009).

PERSONAL: Is the daughter of David and Marian Slaughter … Has two older siblings; Matt and Megan … Is an elementary education major.
