2011 SEASON: Played in 12 games on the season, making two starts … Earned her first career start in the season opener vs. Boston College … Also started in a 4-1 victory over Siena.

2010 SEASON: Appeared in three games as a freshman … Recorded one shot.

BEFORE UVM: Bendick comes to Vermont from Whitney Point, N.Y. and the same high school as former Catamount Kim Striegler … A four-year starter, she was named first team all-state as a senior … Bendick participated in the U.S. Futures Program from 2007-10, the National Field Hockey Festival (2006-08), the National Futures Tournament (2005-08) and the Junior Olympics (2007).

PERSONAL: Is the daughter of David and Karin Bendick … Has three siblings, including an older sister Brittany who played field hockey at Siena, and two brothers Isaac and Brandon … Is a physical education major.
