2011 SEASON: Started all 17 games as a senior … Recorded seven points on the season with two goals and three assists … Scored a pair of goals and assisted on another in a 4-1 win over St. Louis … Handed out assists in a win over Dartmouth and also against New Hampshire.
2010 SEASON: One of only five Catamounts to start all 18 games on the year … Finished tied for third on the team in scoring with six points on two goals and two assists … Scored a goal in each of Vermont’s first two games of the season, including the game-winner in a 3-1 victory over Lock Haven … Handed out assists against both Columbia and William & Mary.
2009 SEASON: Started 15 times in the 2009 season, while seeing action in 17 games overall … Recorded a goal at Maine … Handed out an assist against Brown … Made her first career defensive save at Bucknell.
2008 SEASON: Played in all 18 games as a freshman, making 16 starts … Finished the year with two goals on only three shot attempts, as both were game-winners … First goal of her career was an overtime game-winner against Monmouth, to give Vermont the Sheraton Catamount Classic Championship … Also netted the game-winner in a 2-1 victory over William & Mary.
BEFORE UVM: Williams joins the Catamounts after playing at Rome Free Academy where she was a regional high school All-American as a senior ... She was named first team all-league and first team all-state during both her junior and senior seasons ... Williams was named her team’s most valuable player in each of the last two seasons and was the team’s leading scoring both years as well ... A member of the USFHA Futures Elite from 2005-08, she also competed in the National Futures Tournament in 2006 and 2007.
PERSONAL: Is the daughter of Al and Sandy Williams ... Has two brothers, Kyle and Tyler ... Plans to major in elementary education.
