2012 SEASON: Competed in three races ... Ran his best 8K time (27:20) at the New England Championships, finishing 14th on the team ... Was also 14th on the squad at St. Michael's with a time of 28:26 ... Placed 25th overall at the Vermont Invitational in 27:33.
2011 SEASON: Competed in six races and ranked among the team's top-5 runners in all six events ... Posted his best 8K mark of the season at the America East Championships with a time of 26:12 to place 52nd overall ... Narrowly missed winning the St. Mike's Invitational with a time of 27:16 as he placed second overall ... Ranked fifth on the team at the NCAA Regional meet in Buffalo, N.Y. ... Was 20th overall in Vermont's season-opening home meet with a mark of 27:36 ... Ran a season-best 23:40 the following week at UMass to place 27th.

BEFORE VERMONT: Came to Vermont after four years at Xaverian Brothers High School in Westwood, Mass. ... Was captain of the cross country and track & field teams as a senior ... Named the Xaverian Athlete of the Year in 2009 ... Was a six-time all-star during his career and won 11 varsity letters ... Earned all-state honors in the 4x800 during the indoor season of 2009.
