FIRST YEAR SEASON (2021): Logged a time of 27:59.2 in his debut at the Vermont Invite (Sep. 4) ... Ran the 8k in 27:35.9 at the UNH Pre-Conference Invite (Sep. 18) ... Posted a time of 26:17.7 at the Paul Short Invite (Oct. 1) ... Finished 19th at the Fall Foliage Invite with a time of 27:08.3 (Oct. 16) ... Ran a season-best 26:04.5 mark in the 8k at the America East Championships (Oct. 29) ... Registered a 10k time of 34:24.1 at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 12).

BEFORE VERMONT: From Wilton, CT … Competed in cross country, track and field, lacrosse, and basketball at Wilton High School … Three-time cross country captain, captain of his indoor track team in 2020 and outdoor track team in 2021 … First-team all-state and conference in cross country in 2020 as well as first-team all-state and conference for track … Holds his schools outdoor track record for the 5K.
