JUNIOR SEASON (2024): Opened the season with a seventh-place finish at the Vermont Invitational with a time of 25:55.2 (Aug. 31) … Came in 119th at the John McNichols Invite in 25:56.0 (Sept. 21) … Finished the RPI Harvest Classic in 15th with a time of 26:49.7 (Sept. 27) … Placed 69th at the NEICAA Championships with a time of 26:11.47 (Oct. 11) … Ran 26:10.70 at the Fall Foliage Invitational to earn 13th (Oct. 20) … Earned 39th at America East Championships with an 8k personal best of 25:34.31 (Nov. 2) … Ran a 10k personal best of 33:02.0 to finish 172nd at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 15).  

SOPHOMORE SEASON (2023): Opened the season with a personal best of 25:38.6 to win the Vermont Invitational (Sept. 2) … Finished first again at the Equality Invitational with a time of 25:45.3 (Sept. 22) … Earned America East Male Performer of the Week for his performance in the Equality Invitational as well (Sept. 25) … Logged a time of 26:19.2 at the Lehigh Paul Short Invite (Sept. 30) … Competed at the Fall Foliage Invitational and finished ninth with a time of 25:48.7 (Oct. 15) … Placed 34^th at the America East Championships with a time of 26:09.4 (Oct. 27) … Finished the season running a personal best 33:19.2 at the NCAA Northeast Regional (Nov. 10)

FIRST YEAR SEASON (2022): Opened the season with a time of 26:17.5 for 12nd at the Vermont Invitational (Sep. 3) ... Competed at the Coast-to-Coast Battle in Beantown with a time of 26:57.0 (Sep. 23) ... Logged a time of 26:40.6 at the Lehigh Paul Short Invite (Oct. 1) ... Finished 17th at the Fall Foliage Invitational with a time of 26:53.9 (Oct. 16) ... Placed 44th at the America East Championships with a time of 26:02.2 (Oct. 29)

BEFORE VERMONT: Competed in cross country, track & field, and nordic skiing at North Country Union High School ... Was the MVP of his track team in 2022 ... Won an indoor 1000m State Championship ... National Honors Society Officer.
