SENIOR SEASON (2013-14): Skated in 13 games and registered a goal and four assists ... Posted a goal and two assists in his second game of the season vs. Maine (Nov. 30) ... Registered an assist on Senior Night vs. No. 7 UMass Lowell (Mar. 1) ... Assisted on the game-winning goal with 1:07 left in regulation vs. UMass Amherst in the Hockey East First Round (Mar. 7) ... Had 12 shots on goal on the season and was not called for a penalty.
JUNIOR SEASON (2012-13): Posted four points in 26 games and finished the year with a plus-4 rating ... Had a minus rating in just two games ... Scored at Massachusetts (Nov. 20) for his first goal of the season ... Had the game-winning goal and an assist against Princeton (Dec. 30) and was named the game's No. 1 star as Vermont won the Sheraton/TD Bank Catamount Cup ... Netted a tally two games later against No. 20 UMass Lowell (Jan. 11).
SOPHOMORE SEASON (2011-12): Skated in 34 of 36 games and posted six assists ... Registered 19 shots on goal and only took one penalty all season ... Assisted on the game-winning overtime goal against No. 10 UMass Lowell as Brett Bruneteau tipped in his wrist shot (Jan. 13) ... Assisted on a tally at UMass Amherst a week later (Jan. 20) ... Collected an assist in his home state in the second game of the season at No. 8 Minnesota in a 5-4 Vermont win ... Two of his six assists were against New Hampshire, with the second coming in overtime of a 4-3 win at the Whittemore Center (Feb. 17).
FRESHMAN SEASON (2010-11): Played in 35 of 36 games for the Catamounts … Centered the top line for the final 18 games of the season … Finished the year with five goals and four assists for nine points ... Had 46 shots on goal … Named to the Hockey East Top Performers List on two occasions (Nov. 8 and Feb. 14) … Recorded his first career multi-point game (1 G, 1 A) at Providence (Nov. 6) … Scored his second career goal in a 3-1 win at Northeastern (Jan. 14) in his first game playing on the top line … Registered his first two-goal game and added an assist at No. 18 Maine (Feb. 11) … Scored a goal against UMass Lowell (March 4).
BEFORE VERMONT: DeCenzo had 14 goals and 16 assists for 30 points in 60 games for the Tri-City Storm in the USHL in 2009-10 … He led the 2008-09 Storm in scoring and represented them at the USHL All-Star Game … Recorded 33 goals and 75 points in 132 career games with Tri-City … Attended Hibbing High School in Hibbing, Minn., from 2004 to 2008 … Played hockey at Hibbing and was a quarterback on the football team.
