SOPHOMORE SEASON (2009-10): Saw action in two games and stopped all five shots he faced ... Logged 23:08 of ice time … Made one save in a 9-2 win against Northeastern on Jan. 16 at Gutterson Fieldhouse.

FRESHMAN SEASON (2008-09): Appeared in one game on the season … Stopped 12 shots in the third period to earn the win against the USA U-18 Team (Dec. 5).

BEFORE VERMONT: Vazzano played at Gunnery Prep in Washington, Conn., from 2005-08 ... Led the Highlanders to their first three winning seasons as a Division 1 program ...
