AS A SENIOR (2013): Team Captain ... Named to America East All-Academic Team and NEILA Senior Scholar Athlete Team ... Started 13 games and played in all 14 … Led the team with 12 assists … Finished third on the team in points (23) … Finished fourth on the team in goals (11) … Placed ninth in America East in assists per game (0.86) … Tallied nine multi-point games, including a season-high three points on two occasions (vs. Wagner & Sacred Heart) … Finished as the only Catamount with double-digit assists

AS A JUNIOR (2012): Played in all 14 games … Finished fourth on the team in points (16) and fifth in goals scored (8) … His eight assists were second on Vermont, while his 39 ground balls ranked second on the team … Recorded at least one point in 11 of the 14 games … Had a goal and two assists against Bryant … Picked up seven ground balls against #1 Virginia … Scored twice and handed out an assist on the game-winner in a 12-11 win over Sacred Heart … Earned a pair of goals in an 11-5 win over Binghamton.

AS A SOPHOMORE (2011): Started all 15 games and recorded at least one point in 12 of the 15 … Finished first on the team in assists (21) and third overall in points (31), while he also tied for second on the team in caused turnovers (17) and third in ground balls (34) … His 21 assists ranked fourth in the America East … Started off the year slow with only four goals and an assist in UVM’s first six games of the year, but followed that up with 22 points on four scored and 18 assists in the next six contests … Opened his hot streak in Vermont’s 14-9 win over St. John’s with two goals and four assists … Followed that up with a goal and three assists against Brown … Scored a goal and added two assists in a win over Holy Cross … Handed out four assists in UVM’s win over Albany, which was the Cats’ first over the Great Danes since 2001 … Dished out three assists in a loss against Hartford … The four assists that he recorded against both St. John’s and Albany, tied for the second most in a game this season among America East players.

AS A FRESHMAN (2010): Masson played in 15 of 16 games and made five starts … Named to the America East All-Rookie Team as a short-stick midfielder … Was second on the team in ground balls with 49 … Scored six goals and had two assists … Had 17 shots … Went 15-for-44 on face offs … Scored a goal and had five ground balls in a 12-8 win at home against VMI … Grabbed five ground balls in an 18-7 loss at No. 1 Virginia … Scored a goal and had two ground balls in an 11-8 win versus Binghamton in the America East opener on April 3 … Scored a goal and had a season-high eight ground balls in a 9-4 loss at Albany on April 11 … Recorded a goal and had four ground balls in a 13-6 win against Hartford on April 17.

BEFORE VERMONT: Masson played lacrosse at St. Andrew's College in Aurora, Ont., from 2007-2009 ... He set a school record with 127 points (81 goals, 46 assists) in 2009 ... He was team captain, MVP and a CISAA league all-star ... Previously he played lacrosse at Sir William Mulock in Newmarket, Ont., from 2005-2007.
