Led the squad with 66 ground balls … Won a season-high 18 faceoffs and picked up 13 ground balls in the win over Sacred Heart … Collected five ground balls or more in eight different contests … Won double-digit faceoffs in seven games

AS A JUNIOR (2013): Played in the first five games of the season before suffering an injury and redshirting … Led the team in face-offs (56) and face-off percentage (.523) … Finished second on the team in ground balls (40) … Collected nine ground balls in three straight contest to begin the season

AS A SOPHOMORE (2012): Played in all 14 games for the Catamounts as a faceoff specialist … Finished sixth on the team in points with seven (3G/4A) … Led the Catamounts with 67 ground balls and ranked 23^rd in the nation (second in the America East) in ground balls per game (4.79) … Won 10-of-16 faceoffs against Bryant … Scored two goals at #1 Virginia … Was 16-for-25 on faceoffs in a 12-11 win over Sacred Heart … Handed out a pair of assists at Albany … Grabbed 10 ground balls against Dartmouth … Netted a goal and added an assist in the season finale at Hartford.

AS A FRESHMAN (2011): Played in all 15 games in his first season with the Catamounts, making one start … Tallied three points on two goals and an assist … Also grabbed 25 ground balls (fifth on the team) and had a .558 winning percentage on face-off opportunities (29-for-52) … Earned his first career point with an assist against #16 Denver … Scored his first goal at #2 Virginia … Also added a goal against Brown … Went 4-for-6 on faceoff opportunities at UMBC.

BEFORE VERMONT: Played for Chandler High School in Arizona … He was a two-time all-state selection and was an All-American nominee as a senior … Scored 30 goals and added 17 assists as a senior … Ranked #6 among the Elite 25 seniors by Westsidelax.com.
