BEFORE VERMONT: From Fayetteville, Georgia … attended both Starr’s Mill High School and The Governor’s Academy … played both lacrosse and football in high school … combined for 86 goals in his high school career for lacrosse … tallied 34 of those goals in his senior season … in 2023, he helped his football team achieve the Independent School League Championship … in his senior season for lacrosse he was named Bob Scott Award winner … and voted by his team for the Senior Lacrosse Award … received high honors throughout high school. 

PERSONAL: Son of Jonathan and Sarah Cochran … has two siblings Ellie and Thomas … chose UVM because he believes it will help him succeed on the field, off, and in the future … also believes UVM has a great culture when it comes to lacrosse … favorite movie is Gladiator … favorite TV show is The Chosen … and favorite athlete to watch is Michael Jordan.
